Membership

By registering your profile through our domain you become a member of FindTrueMatch.com. For the convenience of all our users, FindTrueMatch.com has 2 different types of membership schemes, They are:
Scheme 1 (Free) – Free Membership; duration – unlimited if active; FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right to terminate your membership if you do not login for a continuous stretch of 2 years.
Scheme 2 (Paid) – Premium Membership; duration 2, 3, 6 or 12 months

Length of Premium membership:

The premium membership is valid till the date of expiry of scheme taken by the member. Post expiry the Premium membership is automatically downgraded to Free membership. The member can renew his/ her premium membership by choosing a membership plan and making the required payment.
FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right of terminating your membership in case you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Once your membership is terminated all your data will be permanently deleted.

Length of Free membership

Duration of Free membership is unlimited if the member remains active.
FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right to terminate your membership if you do not login for a continuous stretch of 2 years.

What happens once your membership is over?

You can terminate your membership of FindTrueMatch.com by taking the following steps:
Login to your account >> Goto ‘Account Settings’ page >> Click on ‘Permanently delete my account’ >> Confirm
FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right of terminating your membership in case you violate these Terms and Conditions or you do not login for a continuous stretch of 2 years.
Once your membership with us gets over your account and all its data will be permanently deleted.

Privity of Membership

Your Membership is only for personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.
Kindly note that, your membership in FindTrueMatch.com is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Verification of information posted by members

Members are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement. Our site does not vouch for or subscribe any claims and representations made by advertisers.

Refund of Fee

If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Online Conduct

You are responsible for the content and information [including profile and photograph] you post or transmit through FindTrueMatch.com’s services. You will not post or transmit any content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of FindTrueMatch.com’s competitors, including their contact details. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails. Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send “abusive, obscene or sexually oriented” message/s to other members. FindTrueMatch.com has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice. FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right to edit/delete your photo if it’s not a valid/clear/related one. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on FindTrueMatch.com. FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees. Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of “Dating”, “Flirting”, “Friendship” etc. The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the site. FindTrueMatch.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators without a refund. Illegal and prohibitive content includes content that which:

• is patently offensive to the community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”;
• promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent
• manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
• engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

Role of FindTrueMatch.com

Provision of Service

FindTrueMatch.com will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member. In addition, the member may also make use of the other free services that are applicable to them.
A paid membership will allow you to contact members of the opposite gender whose profiles have been delivered to your ‘Matches box’ and who have also accepted your ‘Interest’.
FindTrueMatch.com restricts the maximum number of new matches delivered to your ‘Matches box’ to 10 per day. This policy helps to keep your ‘Matches box’ uncluttered so that you are able to give due attention to each match.
The maximum capacity of your ‘Matches box’ is 25. Once the number of matches in the ‘Matches box’ reach this limit, FindTrueMatch.com stops delivering you new profiles. To restart the delivery of new matches, you will have to reduce the number of matches in your ‘Matches box’ by taking actions such as marking matches as ‘Favorite’, expressing ‘Interest’ to the matches or ‘Ignoring’ the matches . As per your action the profile will move from the ‘Matches box’ to the respective folders. This policy helps to encourage the members to review each profile with seriousness and also helps to stop delivery of new matches to inactive members.
FindTrueMatch.com does not guarantee any minimum number of profiles deliveries to your ‘matches box’ during your membership (both free and paid).

Medium of Interchange of Information

Besides the provision of services, FindTrueMatch.com acts as a platform for all its members to interchange information that would promote their common matrimonial objectives. It is to be distinctly understood that FindTrueMatch.com will only provide contact between and among members within its service framework and not the direct contact details of such members. FindTrueMatch.com is not the agent of any member and does not partake in the interchange or the results thereof. FindTrueMatch.com will be a disinterested person in the event of disputes between or among the members, and has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes between arising between the users/members and FindTrueMatch.com shall not be party to such dispute/litigation etc.

Right to form Consortium/Associates

While providing services, FindTrueMatch.com may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against FindTrueMatch.com only and not against such persons or organizations.

On line links

Websites to which links are given on FindTrueMatch.com and the contents thereof are the sole responsibility of the promoters of such websites and FindTrueMatch.com does not, in any manner whatsoever, recommend, authenticate, endorse, verify or certify these websites or any contents or links there. FindTrueMatch.com does not take any responsibility for the privacy practice adopted by such other websites and therefore FindTrueMatch.com recommends its members/visitors to read the privacy statement of each and every website that the members/visitors visits. FindTrueMatch.com also does not take any responsibility or endorse the authenticity of the other online services linked with FindTrueMatch.com which may offer various services like a lucky draw, win a free trip, win free tickets, astrology, palmistry, numerology etc. The members / visitor of FindTrueMatch.com shall at its sole risk and responsibility click and surf on to such other website(s) / links which is/are being displayed in the website of FindTrueMatch.com. Other Terms & Conditions

FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right to modify your profile if any prohibitive or objectionable content is found, or in the case of your contact details being entered in irrelevant fields at its sole discretion without prior notice to any member.
FindTrueMatch.com may also modify the profile for other reasons not mentioned herewith. If any abusive content is found in your video clipping, FindTrueMatch.com has the right to suspend your profile.
You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. FindTrueMatch.com will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.
FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right but is not obligated, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.
To enhance the security of its members, FindTrueMatch.com has restricted copying and saving images and content from certain sections of the portal.
We do not validate any the profile details of the member. All information, character and family background/details verification has to be done by interested parties themselves.
By becoming a Member of the FindTrueMatch.com service, you agree to receive certain specific emails from FindTrueMatch.com and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason quickly and easily by clicking on the unsubscribe link enclosed in the mail. You can also manage your subscription to these emails using the options in ‘Account Settings’ page.
You hereby confirm that as on date of registration, you have not registered yourselves on the Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber list with any telecom operator / authority. In the event, you register yourselves as a Do Not Disturb (DND) subscriber, you hereby confirm that you do not have any objection to receive messages (promotional or otherwise) from FindTrueMatch.com or any of its affiliate companies.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the FindTrueMatch.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and FindTrueMatch.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

The members/users is solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the user password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his/her user identification and shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions and FindTrueMatch.com assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line. General Provisions

Confidentiality

FindTrueMatch.com will maintain confidential, all personal information [other than that meant for posting or transmission] furnished by members. However, FindTrueMatch.com may divulge such information if required by law.
By agreeing to register at FindTrueMatch.com and its consortium of portals, a user allows FindTrueMatch.com to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events or offers. This could include exciting offers, information, as well as promotions. FindTrueMatch.com can use your email address and/or telephone number for this purpose.

Termination of Membership

The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. FindTrueMatch.com reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms. In no case will the Membership fees be refundable.

Site Policies, Modification and Severability

Please review our other policies, such as our pricing policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to www. FindTrueMatch.com and consortium of portals. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Suggestions, Complaints, Disputes

Suggestions and complaints are to be first addressed to FindTrueMatch.com’s customer care team at team@findtruematch.com. In case FindTrueMatch.com receives any incriminating evidence/complaint against any of its users from other members/users/visitors of the site or if FindTrueMatch.com, through data available to it from its servers, suspects misbehaviour on any user's part, it reserves the right to cancel the subscription. FindTrueMatch.com also reserves the right to investigate the compliant and take/initiate appropriate legal action without limitation at its sole discretion against any member/user who violates/misuses the on-line services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FindTrueMatch.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

Applicable Law

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Chennai, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [Indian Act] at Chennai before a sole Arbitrator.
